1. Tickets:

   • All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any tickets purchased through our website.

2. Custom Dress Orders:

   • Once a deposit is given for a custom dress order, it is non-refundable.

   • FMEShowroom reserves the right to cancel a custom order at any time during the design process. In such cases, a full refund of the deposit will be issued.

3. General Policies:

   • For non-custom items (e.g., ready-to-wear garments and accessories), returns and exchanges may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

   • Refunds for eligible returns will be issued to the original method of payment, excluding any shipping fees.

4. Process for Returns and Exchanges:

   • Upon approval, you will receive further instructions on returning the item(s) to us.

   • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange accordingly.
